Donna has a long history in customer service.  Her roles include customer service for a telecommunication firm, as a commercial loan assistant, and handling the bookkeeping and customer service for a food manufacturer prior to joining Marcus Food Products, Inc. and Byron A. Carlson, Inc.  She is the office manager for the Rochester, NY office.
